I’ve spent most of my life getting the record to sound like the artist meant it to. Studio or stripped down — same job.
Listen until it’s clear. Cut what doesn’t belong. Make choices that still hold when it leaves the room.
The performance is the record. The mix has to survive a bad speaker, a car, and a phone. Not just the control room.
Live Sound & Broadcast
Live is the same idea with fewer chances to try again. Venues, trucks, one-offs — capture it clean, mix it honest.
Live or on the air, it still has to be the song.
I built the SuperTruck so you don’t have to go to a studio.
Creative Direction
Sometimes the project starts and then it drifts. Too many ideas. No agreement on what “done” is.
I come in early, help define what the record is, and keep it on track.
Every move serves the song and the end result.
Consulting
Sometimes the record isn’t ready to make yet — the songs aren’t locked, or the goal isn’t clear, maybe nobody agrees what “done” sounds like. I come in before the sessions and help sort that out. What the record is. What it isn’t. What you actually need to walk out with. So the time and money go into making it, not arguing about it after.
